Tamworth Caregivers

LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

 

The Tamworth Caregivers Board of Directors has made a commitment to evaluate our mission, management, and operations, and to devote efforts to long-range, strategic planning for the organization. By identifying our strengths and challenges, we will have the necessary tools to expand and adapt our services to the needs of our community.

 

ESC (Executive Service Corps) will provide us with a local consultant (David Chase of Sandwich, NH) . Mr. Chase will discuss methods of outreach, structure of long-range planning, including mission statement review and tweaking if viewed necessary.

 

Funding for this project has been provided through a generous grant from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Our Long Range Plan is complete and has been adopted by the Board of Directors. Committees are being reorganized, and we will be seeking members of the community who are interested in participating in some exciting new projects with the Tamworth Caregivers.
